A New Standard of Excellence: Sushi Yorokobu BKK Unveils Its 2026 Menu

As Sushi Yorokobu BKK proudly enters its sixth year in Bangkok, we find ourselves reflecting on the essence of "Yorokobu"—the joy of the guest. In the fast-paced world of gastronomy, we have decided that for 2026, our path is one of Refinement and Purity.
Starting this year, we are evolving our menu structure to focus on Quality over Quantity. By curating a more intentional number of courses, we are able to source even higher grades of seasonal treasures from Japan’s Toyosu Market, ensuring that every single bite at our counter is a masterpiece of Edomae craftsmanship.
The 2026 Collections
1. The 12-Course Experience
Price: 2,900 THB
The Concept: The Essential Discovery. This menu is designed for those who appreciate the fundamental beauty of the season. It features a curated selection of premium Nigiri and seasonal appetizers, offering a sophisticated introduction to our Chef’s signature style without compromise.
2. The 14-Course Special
Price: 3,900 THB
The Concept: The Seasonal Narrative. Our most sought-after experience, now refined for 2026. This 14-course journey allows for a deeper exploration of seasonal transitions, featuring specialized techniques such as Kobujime (kelp-curing) and delicate charcoal searing to highlight the natural sweetness of the sea.
3. The 16-Course Edomae
Price: 5,900 THB
The Concept: The Ultimate Expression. For the true connoisseur. This flagship menu focuses on the rarest, auction-grade ingredients available. By concentrating the experience into 16 exquisite courses, we ensure that every dish—from the decadent Uni to the marbled Otoro—is of the absolute highest caliber. This is the pinnacle of the Sushi Yorokobu experience.
Note: All prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
Why "Refined" is Better
In the world of authentic Omakase, the number of courses is only half the story. The true value lies in the selection of the fish, the temperature of the shari (rice), and the precision of the knife work.
By streamlining our courses for 2026, we allow each ingredient more room to shine. We invite our guests to slow down, savor the texture, and appreciate the intense umami that only comes from the finest Japanese imports.
